After yesterday's headache (which seems to have gone), I now have another question.

I'm on day 2 and seem to need to pee a lot more often than usual. Normal? Anyone else?

Sorry. I don't think I'm drinking any more than usual, but just need to keep nipping to the ladies. Which, considering I work upstairs from the loos, probably isn't a bad thing as I'm taking lots of flights of stairs!!!

me too !! I would say it is because of the lower intake of carbs and sugar .. which make you retain water .. when you stop eating so much of these your body gets rid of some of the stores ... this is also why most people loose a good amount in the first week :)

I have been doing SW since late last year and I seem to be peeing an awful lot more. I drink a lot and pee a lot anyway, but it seems to be much worse since starting SW. Maybe it's the increase in fruit and veg as well as drinking more?! Hmmmm.... *thinks*

yeah cheeky also has a very good point ... fruit , salad and veg contain loads more water than other foods so that will also contribute :)
