Yes you do :) You are meant to have the F & V to reduce your intake of other foods.
So you could add tomatoes/mushrooms or swap them for something else, or you could have some fruit before your cooked breakfast :)
Not as far as I know, beans aren't super free, they're just free. I think so anyway, I wouldnt count them personally as they're not a vegetable.
