Another Extra Easy question......

    On extra easy, if I have a veggie cooked breakfast:
    Quorn sausage, scrambled egg & beans....do I also have to have 1/3 fruit & veg?
    Sorry for the questions, but I'm a bit confused! x

    Yes you do :) You are meant to have the F & V to reduce your intake of other foods.
    So you could add tomatoes/mushrooms or swap them for something else, or you could have some fruit before your cooked breakfast :)

    Not as far as I know, beans aren't super free, they're just free. I think so anyway, I wouldnt count them personally as they're not a vegetable.

    yep baked beans are free on green/EE
    of course, depending on what you have planned for the rest of the day - you could go green (tho I still tend to have s/free anyway)

    Yeah unfortunately although baked beans are "free" they do not count as your 1/3 superfree. Maybe some mushrooms, tomatoes or onions?

    Is it right that you can't use peas or sweetcorn as the 1/3 veg? X

    No, peas and sweetcorn aren't counted, they're free on EE or green, but on original they're actually synned.
