    Hi all
Hope we are all well tonight.

I am due to start xenical in about 3 weeks when i have lost 4lbs.

I was just wondering, the less that 5g of fat per 100g rule, and the 45g of fat aday. Is this refering to total fat contect or just saturated fat?

Also does everything you eat have to be less than 5% fat? As i have seen that some people are taking xenical alongside ww, but whenever i do weight watchers i allow myself treats such as a low fat choc mousse of fun size choc bar, but obviously you cant do this with xenical cos of the side effects?

Thanks and sorry for all questions !!

The 5% rule refers to TOTAL fat content hun.
Some of the things I eat are not within the 5% rule ( things like certain flavours of snackajacks, baked crisps that are just over the 5% rule) and I have no side effects. Some people do though and I'm afraid its a case of trial and error. What may cause a reaction/side effect in one person, might have no side effect on another.
