Im just trying to plan my list for shopping tomorrow and how im going to manage at work and fit my shakes and snacks around my job.
So i work 7am-8pm 3 days a week. So on these days im thinking:
On way to work 630am 100 cal snack
Breakfast (10am) shake
Lunch (230pm) 600cal meal
coffee break 530pm 100 cal snack
Supper at home 830pm shake and 100cal snack
Does this sound ok?
Can my snacks be anything as long as under 100cals?
my main meal - can i include a pudd as long as its within 600 cals e.g a meal and then a yoghurt or a jellypot or a mini custard pot etc
