    Hi all,

I started SW on New Year's Day mostly in support of my OH. He did SW a few years back, before we met, and lost 5 stone, but the weight has crept back on so he's back on the wagon and I've climbed on too! We're just doing it ourselves at home from his old books, so I've been lurking about for recipe ideas for a while, so thought it was about time I said hi.

For me SW has been more about healthy eating, which let's face it, is never a bad thing, but I have lost a bit going from 9 13lbs to 9 stone 6lb. I'd like to get under 9 (before anyone panics, I'm only 5"2) but it's more about how my jeans fit, if that makes sense.

I love cooking and it's been really enjoyable for me doing some different things. I look forward to recipe sharing with you all!

    Welcome to the site.

You might also like to take part in the online image therapy thread because that is designed to replicate the image therapy received in groups as much as practical as it is on here. I personally go to a group on a Monday evening so I just use the forums as an extra top up. Its also great to have the recipe idea's.

Welcome to the forum. It's so great that you and your OH are doing this together, it will make it so much easier, and it's brilliant to be able to support each other along the way.

Oh and congrats on your 1/2 stone!!

Oo, will definitely have to check out the image therapy bit, thanks Beautyxx

Us both doing it certainly makes things easier Wegle, we're moving in together properly on the 3rd, so it'll be a SW household. Got massive respect from anyone who's doing it on their own when others in the house aren't, the temptations must be a nightmare!

    A huge welcome to you.
This is a great forum. I have only stumbled across it but am always on it.
If it is just looking for recipes or hints this is so much help
