another ibuprofen question!

hi there
sorry to post again on this topic!

has anyone had to take them, and if so what effect did it have on the diet?

i have been sitting looking at the packet of pills all day - while my hand and finger is getting bigger!

i spoke to my llc who said take them - but she said i could come out of ketosis.

i really don't want to do that as i don't want to be hungry - esp as i am off to london for the weekend and its going to be all food and drinking.

so if you have had them, did it have an effect on ketosis for you?

Tesco do a Ibuprofen cream and it's really cheap. You apply to the affected area so not sure that it would do any harm. Used it on hubbys bad back. Email LL about the tablets and mention the cream too!

it shouldn't make any difference at all! I've had loads of different pain killers while I've been on LL and none of them have made a tiny bit of difference on my weight loss.

Look after yourself is the main thing. Take the pills!

When you go to Tescos, it's near the 'deep heat' remedies it's in a grey and orange oblong box (Ibuprofen Gel) I think it was £1.42.
