Another newbie here!

Hi everyone, new member here. I am due to go in for gastric balloon in weeks time so really keen to hear from anyone who can share tips and advice....all help gratefully received. I'm currently 14 stone 10 and looking to get to 12 stone - any success stories out there on the balloon?

Hi BB and welcome to minis. I've never heard of the balloon?

Its the non surgical option - basically insert a saline filled balloon for 6 months, this temporarily supresses your appetite and you work with a nutritionist to change your eating habits.
