Treens - I'm ultimately looking to loose 60 lbs but right now, I focusing on getting through the next 7 days at 100% Total Solution... my 2nd mini target after that is the 200 lb barrier. You know, small acheiveable steps and all that!

I'm going to hide my scales in the garage or somewhere ...

1st shake down this morning - not great but I know it will get to taste better once I get accustomed to it.
