Another newbie with resolutions

I just wanted to say hey to everyone, to people who have reached their goal weight and to the ones still trying (just like me). I'm currently 14 stone exactly (196 pounds) at 5'7. According to the nhs Height/Weight chart (which I don't know if I should believe or not) I could healthily get down to around 8 and half - 9 stone and that would be in the healthy weight zone. I'm aiming to lose this around summer time (which I could easily do, if I push myself). If not, even at a steady loss of 2lbs a week, I could lose it by the middle of September. This is definitely the time to get this done. I'm moving abroad next year and I want to be a new me, toned, healthy and happy with my body.
