Good luck with the xenical, personally i'd be very tempted not to have pills for the whole day. I tried xenical a few years ago and after having two 'accidents' i decided enough was enough. Be very careful what you eat, i hope it goes well for you.
If you stick to the rules you shouldnt see any 'accidents'! I never have had any and its the same for many other people!
his tablet gets so many bad reviews and it scares thelife outta people!! Its really not that bad!!

Your right, probably i would have been okay if i had actually been told more than eat a low fat diet... When i did have 'accidents' i cant remember having anything that was particularly high in fat. But then manufacturers were very good at hiding fat or fatty foods with fancy names on products...
quick update, 2 weeks in and 8lbs off and no side effects! Have been pretty careful with my evening meal but the rest of the day i've been eating the same as I did before.
Managed to eat out for the first time yesterday when the parents were down. Sunday lunch at a local pub, was pretty worried and scouted out where the loos were in case of emergency but no problem at all. Got home and went to do my wii fit and it told me to take a day off as I was doing too much!!!
Sure 4lbs a week won't keep up but so long as it keeps going down all is good.
