Hi guys,
Been on cd for 8 days now, and I'm 11lbs down! Been ss'ing 100%, and found it bloody hard going! OH had pizza last night, while I just dribbled! We are getting married in sep, so that is my main reason for doing it.
Anyhow, just thought I would come on and say hi! X
