Another Newbie !!!

    Hi all

    I am doing something like SlimFast but just having the 1meal a day (maxitone) what i do is have a shake in the morning and then 1 in the afternoon and then i would have a small dinner thats healthy.

    I started this on monday 18 july and i have lost 3 pounds is that good or bad, need addvice.
