Another newbie :)

    Hi everyone, I'm on my fourth day of Lipotrim TFR. Was desperately searching for motivation to stay on by googling lipotrim when I came across the forum!
    Ive done Lipotrim before, for about 2 weeks last year but I gave it up when I had to go to a friends wedding in the middle of the second week.
    This time I'm going to try for 3 full weeks and refeed properly.
    I'm feeling a bit better and less hungry than yesterday so hopefully by tomorrow I'll be ok again!
    Dont know if anyone has mentioned this before but one thing I discovered to make the shakes more bearable is to put a load of ice in the shaker and really shake the *beep* out of it. The ice seems to break up the lumps pretty well and when its ice cold you can almost pretend its a nice milkshake!
    Anyways, hello all and thanks for convincing me (indirectly) to keep on.
