Hi All, after many months following this forum have decided to join in and try to gain inspiration from all you that know what you're doing
wasn't sure wether to go calorie counting or Rosemary C., but have decided to go with Rosemary as there are now classes in my area, and it will be an extra excersise session for me as well. Hoping to go to the first one on Monday. Don't have too much to lose, so feel a bit of a fraud, but am frustrated by just how hard it is. Have to lose for health reasons now, as well as wanting to, so am truly hoping RC will work for me, and look forward to reading more inspirational posts.
