Yes - but don't overdo it, particularly in the first couple of weeks. And don't do it expecting it to speed up your losses, cos it doesn't work like that. Do it to get fitter, by all means.

Going to do a 10 mile one tomorrow. I'm lucky we live by the sea so a nice long walk ( around 3 hours ) will blow the cobwebs off and keep me busy lol. My hubby to be and daughter are walking with me so a bit natter along the way x
I struggle with cardio exercise so toning with weights, pilates or yoga are good. Wii fit good. Walking gentle swimming and CDC has power plates. Been hard for me recently as off with sciatica so easing back in gently :-(
