Hi Jenna,

After you make your name you need to drag and copy 'forum 1' in the box to the right.

This is the code for here.

You then go to User CP and edit your signature and past it in the signature box and if you preview it you should see it there and then you click on save signature.

I am just after doing it myself as it has been awhile since I had a glitter name.
