Breakfast

Spaghetti (free), Quorn bolognese (1.5 syns for packet mix) (includes carrots, onions and tomatoes)

Ok, I'm sick of Slimming World. I just can't stick to it and I don't want to regain what I've lost so far so I've moved onto Paul McKenna's Hypnotic Gastric Band. It's taken a couple of weeks to really get into the right mindset but I think I'm finally there. My OH has also decided that he wants to lose some weight before our wedding in June so we're both on our own weightloss journeys. He's going for calorie control and I'm going for hypnosis. We've both agreed that we're going to exercise every day - him on an exercise bike and me doing Zumba so we're going to be motivating each other to do it.

I think that now he's doing calorie counting, my weight loss will speed up as I'll be eating the same things as him (can't be bothered making 2 separate dinners) so my calories will also be restricted. He's aiming for 1,700 a day so with a bit of Paul Mckenna thrown into the mix my calories should be well under that.

Here's to a bit of success! I'll be using this thread to post my progress using Paul McKenna from now on so no more syn values!
 
Monday 10 Feb

So far so good. Had a yogurt for breakfast and a banana and satsuma at about 09:30 as my stomach was growling for something solid. Lunch time now and I've enjoyed a bread roll with chicken, stuffing, mayo and a small slice of gravy soaked bread in the middle, yum! Didn't eat it all as I'm full now but might have a little bit more later if I get hungry.

Need to remember to drink more water between meals. I've had 2 cups of coffee this morning but only a mouthful of water. Got to make sure I'm not thirsty before I start eating!
