My doctor has just put me on antitbiotics. I am on week 2 of SS and have lost 14 pounds so far. Will the drugs mess up all of my hard work or will I be ok without ketosis?
I think antibiotics are fine. I was on them when I started CD and was in Ketosis day 1 due to low carb prep....had a second course on week 3 again was fine, so souldn't be a problem.
