Hi everyone, Ok so its day 4 and i'm already thinking about refeeding :/ i go on holiday in the middle of july so hopefully i can get down to my healthy weight just before then so it gives me time to start on maintenance. Was just wondering if anyone has any experience of refeeding and for how many weeks you have to do this before you can come off the shakes all together?
I was thinking maybe.. 4 weeks on 3 shakes a day, then one week on 2 shakes and a healthy meal, then one week on 1 shake and two healthy meals? Just kinda guessing though really so any feedback of people would be really helpful x
