Hi, I've been on Xenical since April and when I first started I had awful wind. It gets better after a while so don't worry.

Hiya and welcome to Minis and to the Xenical forum.
Wind is most definitely a side effect, but like Petal says, its does settle down.
Good luck on your weight loss journey

Don't eat baked beans!! lol. It makes me have bad wind. I'll have them as a treat at the weekend, although, its not really a treat for hubby!! lol

It does go away. Maybe take Gastracote or the like to ease it a bit. Thats what i use, better than rennies and gavasgon etc.

Exante TS was using Xenical and eating low fat and low cal. Exante baby!!!
i dont have any problem with beans, and ive had windy problems from the xenical.

i guess it just proves how different we all are and only by trying things can we find out whats good for us :D

i was very tired on my first xenical week and i do think it was the xenical doing that as im fine now and tiredness was on the leaflet :)
