Any Brightonian's (or around the area) want to meet up for exercise?

I'm pretty quiet around here, so you probably won't have seen me about. I'm trying to shift somewhere between 40-60lbs and had this sudden brainwave that it might be helpful to actually get up off my butt and *do* something.

I'm kinda new to the area, and was looking for some sort of exercise group witch (a) wasn't aimed at super-fit people, (b) didn't cost a fortune and (c) wasn't linked to a certain diet.... and I can't find anything (and I admit, I'm a little intimidated to try things where I fear I'll be the fat one puffing along holding people up).

Can anyone recomend anything? Or alternitively does anyone want to possibly meet up and attempt to form such a group? If people are interested I thought it might be fun to meet somewhere for a drink (and moan about whatever diet we're attempting to stick to) then head off for some exercise (maybe just a brisk walk, ride or game of badminton or something thats not likely to kill anyone).... Anyone interested?
