Hi just wondered if a CDC could clarify something for us....

if you are on ss+ can you alternate your days betwen having a day of 4 shakes and milk and then have a day of 3 + a meal or do you have to do a week of each ?

    Many thanks

It is best to choose one of the 'plus' plans & stick to that - alternating becomes confusing to your body & may slow your weight loss :)

A week of each may be okay but I still think you're best sticking to one plan. ;)
