Wondered if anyone is following Scottish Slimmers? I've just joined for the 1st time tonight (it's about the only 'diet' I've never done lol)
Anyway off to read thro my books in preparation for day 1 tmrw. Good luck everyone

I am starting with SS tonight. Are you still following this? How are you finding it? What would be the best things for a 1st shop?
