Any Fish recipes?

Hi ya
Maggi is a German made condiment and tastes similar to soya sauce.
You get it in many shops here, I usually get it from Morrisson's (in the gravy and oxo cubes aisle).
In Germany is it popular and it is used to flavour sauces, soups, you name it, some people even use it on a boiled egg.
I like the taste, especially in soups, like chicken and rice soup,

Some of these sound yummy, will try one tonight. Cheers

I'm going to have to try that Maggi sauce.

I buy those bags of cheap frozen white fish fillets from the supermarket. My favourite way of cooking them is in foil. I use spread a little of a tin of Tesco's Ratatouille Provencale (2 syns for the whole tin) on the foil, pop the frozen fillet on top and then cover that with a little more of the ratatouille, then seal the parcel and bake in the oven. It's lush!

Not sure if someone has posted this already but I make fish with a crispy smash coating :)
I mix the smash with dried parsley, salt and pepper then I get some cod fillets (or whatever fish you like), dip them in egg and then roll them in the smash mix til completely covered and cook! You could also make fish fingers this way by cutting the fillets into slices, or make some crispy fish cakes!! *drools*
