Any guys on Lipotrim? Weigh loss averages please..

Hi there

i started the lipotrim diet nearly two weeks ago and things are going great.

i lost 9lbs in first week
day 11 = 13lbs !

any guys who have been doing it for a while have any weigh loss details please

Hi there, I'm not a guy but if you look at Jon's refeed diary, at the top of this page, he had great weight losses. Very inspirational.

Hey adrian, i lost 10lbs my first WI and 7lbs the next week after that i averaged out between 3 to 4lbs a week..That's when I'm sticking to it properly You did brilliant your 1st WI..well done n stick with it!!
