Marinade them in all pupose seasoning, chicken seasoning, soy sauce, onions, peppers, garlic and thyme and enough chilli to your taste. Cover and leave in the fridges for at least two hours then fry with fry light until sealed.
Pour into a big pot with a tin of tomatoes, mushrooms and 1 pint of chicken stock. Leave to simmer for about 20 - 30 mins!
