Any ideas for Turkey Steaks?

I bought some thin Turkey steaks yesterday but no idea what to do with them, anyone got any ideas?

Cover with clingfilm and batter flat with a rolling pin.
Coat in egg and then breadcrumbs and cook in a pan sprayed with lots of frylight on each side for 5-6 mins until golden.

Tis very yummy with homemade wedges and coleslaw x

i had chicken breasts last night and i just added some of the cayenne pepper before cooking and oven baked them in oven very tasty and the pepper gave it a nice kick i am sure it would work the same x
