Any ideas on how to speed up weight loss

S: 15st1lb C: 10st6lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 22.9 Loss: 4st9lb(30.81%)
I don't think you will be 14lbs lighter in 2 weeks, but try exercise, and drink loads of water!

The best you can do it stick to the shakes and lose what you can, if you can acheive it the good for u If you can't then I'm sure you will still look a lot slimmer. A couple of pound either way doesn't matter. What matters is you feel good about what u have lost. Just keep going x
