Hey guys, been on Xen 3 weeks now and am really pleased with myself, had no slip ups or anything but really want to up my excersise, i have a gym membership but the thing is i work 8am - 6pm 4 sometimes 5 days a week, i work 45mins away from home so by the time i get home its 7pm and to be honest IM KNACKERED! i work weekends and my gym only opens 9-1 on a sat and not at all on a sunday so when i do get the weekend off im limited, i get one day a week off with my boyfriend so we tend to plan days out on that day.
PLEASE do not take this post as a 'woe is me' post!im just looking for any tips or ideas of where to get extra excersize in!
id love to do classes or aqua aerobics but i dont want to go on my own as im quite shy!

hi hayles, i live near you in Leyland and i started the gym there last week, there are loads of classes and a great pool,the classes are free for members.
the hours are good too, till 10pm weekdays,9 fri and sat and 7 on sunday.
maybe have a look and see what you think,

TBH, I hate coming home and then having to get up and go back out again but sometimes, you just have to suck it up and do it.

I can be up at half 5 in the morning, do an early shift, finishing at 3pm, maybe 4 from half 6, come home, housework/uni work, cook tea and back out again. Its exhausting but I have no other way of doing it.

You just have to put the hours in. Think of it this way, if you looked for the classes at 7pm for 45 mins, you could go straight there from work and your home 45 minutes later. Then you can have a shower, tea and relaaaaaaaaaaxxxxxxxx.

Hiya, I`m with Kay...Try book a class and go straight from work while ur still "on the go" then you can go home after and chill out :D x
