Any motivation tips for doing it alone?

I've decided to do this also after a good few weeks completly off plan, unfortunately put most of what I lost back on. Anyway, I've now found that regardless of whether you go to the group or not it's all down to you - I relied on the group for ages thinking I couldn't do it alone but it's not the group that made me lose it was how I felt about it and myself.

Also, I have a friend who does go to group, I'm sending her my weight every monday and she's basically acting as my consultant. Along with minimins, her and my determination to do it this time, think I should get there. I've planned all my days up front and have a menu for the week, planning helps me massively, at the beginning of the week I'll look through old SW magazines for inspiration and this gets me quite excited about what I cane at for the week ahead. Maybe you just need to get into the right frame of mind and go for it, sure you can do it! Having a friend to help is a great way of having someone keeping you in check also!
