Any one coming?

Im going to drag my bike out of the shed, dust off cobwebs and see if I can still ride, any one coming with me? Let me know how far you got, I'll post back later

Back, legs like jelly, but managed a five mile ride even though I haven't been on a bike in years. May not be able to get up stairs and sitting on the dining chair isn't too good a thought at the mo!
Hubby who is very fit was even more surprised than me and has offered to get me a new bike
