Any one doing Reductil???

There is a bit under all other diets where people are doing this diet. Not many - I started it but am doing calorie counting.
Really effective, but there are also a lot of critics.

How are you getting on with it?

Would love to know how you are getting on with Reductil, as I read so much bad press and its good to hear when people are happy on it and its working. I think there is another message group for those on Reductil but I've not looked at it.
I would have likes to try it but I take Antil depressants and have done for years and they don't mix too well.
