Or maybe you could try increasing your water intake. I had a week simular to that last week- stuck 100% to plan but only lost 0.5lbs. Ok a loss is a loss but i cudnt help but feel a little bit peeved. But ive upt my water intake and cant stop going the loo and i 'feel' lighter and alot better about the plan again.

If you've been following another plan then swapping can send your body into save it mode, or if you start more exercise your muscles will hold onto water. Likewise if you are having more carbs than usual. Trust me, it will all even out within 2 weeks! Don't be discouraged, it WILL work!
