Any other newbies started S/S?

cheers for the tip mark but im not sure i could cope with a vanilla flavour in my coffee. i love realy strong coffee, drop of mils and spoonful of sugar . i will admit now to have 1 coffee a day, but with a sweetner and no sugar and still a splodge of milk ( thin girls milk of course) . i was on about 15 cups a day and think i had caffeine withdrawal symptoms , but im ok now have a glass of water instead of the coffee. getting thru day 3 and everytime i think sod it il have something to eat , i tell myself just to wait a bit longer and then im ok . apart from the coffee, i have stuck ridgidly to the prep week and to ss, ( day 3) . if i have lost no wt by friday i will throw myself of the top of the house !!!!
