Size 12 is what, 10-10.5 stone?? That could be a bit steep hun, maybe 5 stone loss by Christmas, and that would be a fantastic achievement!!

my guage on dress size is - with every 1.5-2st u lose you drop a dress size.
    so if this is accurate[ish]

    15st 9lb/16st 2lb = 18/20
    13st 9lb/14st 2lb = 16/18
    11st 9lb/12st 2lb = 14/16
    9st 9lb/10st 2lb = 12/14
    7st 9lb/8st 2lb = 10/12

just a rough guide based on my own experience - maybe its way out - maybe not????

I started a size 22/24 and 5.5 stone later I'm a 16/18. I never thought I'd be a size 14 let alone a 12 but on this diet it is possible. It does depend on your build.

What weight were you a size 12 before? I have never been a size 12 but then I got my size 12 daughter to try on a skirt I wore in my teens and she couldn't get it on. No surprise until I tell you it was a size 16!!!! It makes me think size 14 is definitely doable!

It is 4 months till Christmas so you could lose 4 or 5 stone by then, maybe more.

    Good luck.

I was a size 12 when i was 16 but i cant remember what weight i was. So i have been a size 12 before and i will get back there!!!

Shortie= to be honest id rather have a bit of saggy skin i can hide under clothes than be how i am now...fat!!! So that doesn't bother me too much
