If you read some of the diaries a lot of people do a mixture of WS and TS, it's what I'm planning on doing. The weight loss, of course, won't be as fast as on 100% TS but life gets in the way.
The Exante website says as a guide you can lose 14lb per month on TS and 10lb on WS.
