Any suggestions for breakfast?

Hi all

So today I started to try the shakes and the Oatmeal from the trial pack...Well, the oatmeal overcook, so I could not get a taste of it...and the sakes...hummm...did not like at all.

Anyone has any suggestions apart from the above mentioned for Breakfast?

There are so many different shakes to try - make them up with different amounts of water to get a different taste - I make mine with at least 500ml, or have the chocolate one hot. The oatmeal is really good though, I have it every morning unless I have protein instead first thing and have scrambled egg :)
 
Yes u can have whichever packs u like. Some people only have the shakes. I have a mixture each day. Usually a shake or porridge for breakfast, soup mid afternoon, meal with the kids & a bar or shake in the evening.
 
My breakfast is always a crispy shake mixed with less water to make a sort of porridge like mush, it's pretty delicious and filling, I also really like a banana shake blended up with ice, tastes like a banana milkshake.
