Scrambled egg in wholemeal pitta (HEB)
Mixed berries/fruit with mullerlight
Ham/egg salad
Ryvita multigrain (6 as HEB) with houmous, salad
Homemade carrot an cumin soup- free an yummy!

I'm just making chips out of swede with salmon for tea, I'm trying to experiment abit, as I am sticking to red days as I'm a carb freak! Lol
