Any suggestions?

Hi I started Cambridge this time year trying to loose some weight quickly to fit into a brisemaid dress. All went fine I lost 2 stone in under 3 months. I slowly put it all back on during the year.I started again on 1st Jan on 4 shakes a day. Since then I've only lost 3lbs whilst being completely stricked. It's really starting to get me down. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
Are you drinking enough water?

It could be you're retaining water and you will get a big loss in a few days, be positive, you are losing fat whether it shows or not, just give your body a little while longer to catch up x
