What about a doing a food diary and/or a SAS log to try and pinpoint why you are staying around the same weight?
I know I sometimes become a little complacent and think I'm sticking to my syns and eating my HeX's and I'm not. Or I don't check the syn value because I think I know it but really I've got it mixed it up with something else.
As for inspirations... I'm motivated by my commitment to lose this weight. I'm doing it for myself, no one else, and I think this alone has made such a difference. I'm making a few changes in other areas of my life too and in all it's making me a lot happier which means I'm more likely to stick to plan without giving it much thought.
