Lately I've been feeling crampy in the stomach after eating and I'm not sure why. Like a twisting, uncomfortable feeling and really tight and tender around my abdomen. Any ideas what the heck this could be? And are there any teas I can have to help ease the discomfort? Thanks a bunch ladies!

    P.S. I'm kinda hoping I'm pregnant but I don't think I am

Fennel tea is very good for easing bloating and tastes lovely and aniseedy! Also very safe and gentle

Twinnings Peppermint tea will do the trick for bloating, also their Ginger & honey tea will help with nausea.

Fingers crossed for your pregnancy plans. X

I was gonna suggest peppermint tea too:) Cucumber is also said to prevent burning, but if you are like me, will also give you the burps after :D

Fingers crossed on being preggers though, don't remember stomach cramps with either of mine though, but everyone is different!

I know it's not a tea or drink but I swear by Aloe Vera. You can buy the capsules (don't try liquid it's not nice) at Boots, Holland & Barret or most health shops.
