Any tips for a flat tum?

S: 14st1lb C: 8st10lb BMI: 23 Loss: 5st5lb(38.07%)
Apart from being 20 years younger!!!

My latest obsession has switched from my weight to my sticky out tum, it's not major but I would like to try and flatten it slightly. Does anyone have any tips for some good tummy toning exercises that I can do at home?

I was watching a TV interview with Jordan/Katie Price not so long back and she was asked how she kept her tummy so flat. She said she never did any exercises she just pulled her tummy muscles in as often as she remembered during the day and she did it that often her tummy became trained to stay taut...she does still do this every day though as with any muscle, you stop using it, you lose it.
