Anybody got any good syns which are low in syns or good free foods

Hiya

Getting a bit bored of my fruit and looking for food that is free and low in syns for ideas on what to eat.

Have been eating Alpen Light but got conflicting syns SW Website says 3 syns consultant says 6 syns.

If it's something sweet your looking for, I mix quark with fat free fromage frais and either, lemon flavouring (free) or options hot choc sachet (2syns) and makes a mousse like dessert x
