I've just come back to Minimims after a good while. I was on SW previously and lost some weight. However, couldn't stick to it for very long. I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes some time ago and advised to lose weight. No medication at that point just diet and lifestyle. Well I found myself avoiding going back to the GP for a review and then realised I might have to start taking the meds which scared me. After I came back from my holiday end of January I decided I needed to sort myself out and came across some info on ketogenic way of eating. I have been following the way if eating since 5th February now and pleased to say I've lost 15lbs already. I feel more energetic...even my husband has noticed the changes in me. If anyone in here is doing keto I'd like to share experiences, recipes etc.
