hey all,

this forum seems very quiet. i was just wondering how many of u out there are regular active users.??

i was wondering this as i recently started a thread about my weight diary and weight loss and despite there being only 4 replies there has been over 140 views.!!!

if any of u viewers out there are on the RC weight loss plan why not introduce yourself with a wee thread on the forum.

i find that aswell as class the forum is a great place to exchange experiences and get support along the way. and especially for any of u who are going it alone at home.

if u are reading this post please put in a wee reply to let us know u are a regular user of the forum. and any of u visitors out there...why not register on the forum and drop us a line.

we're all in this together folks and i believe every little helps.

I look in everyday. I do wish this side of the board was a bit busier. The slimmimg world part always seem to be busy! I cant believe i didnt know anything about it till i tried and failed at it last year! lol

I love the RC diet. It always works well for me. x

Im still here! .Still doing the diet, and loving it. lost another 3 this week, so that makes 21lbs so far. want another stone before xmas, them ill be halfway there. I nip in nearly everyday, and have a nosy. post sometimes as well. it is very quiet though. anyway, im away to the dentist, so catch up later.

Hi there, ive tried every diet going i think and have had the most success on RC but ive got no will power for exercise so its slow and this site was so quiet the last time i came on here i felt quite low so gave up on it my fault no one elses but i suppose if everyone looked at it that way then we wouldnt have minimins so i'm determined to start again and support others at the same time so wish me luck for tomorrow

Im just wondering how many of you do RC at home? My nearest class is 20 miles away so im thinking of maybe trying RC at home but wondering whats it like? They have an at home offer for £55 so im trying to get as much info as possible before I sign up becuse thats a hefty chunk of money for me! x
