Total Solution Anybody with 7+ stone to lose?

I had 7 stone to loose at the beginning, but lost 3 stones 2lbs so far... in 10 weeks! I've found a diet that works for me, and want to do it for myself this time, unlike others when forced to do them...It is worth it definately!!! Good luck all! xxx

Day 1 for me, just had a lovely vanilla shake. I want to lose around 8 stone to get to a weight I haven't been since I was 12! Good luck everyone.
