Anyone able to recommend a CDC in the Birmingham area?

I've just had some of my student loan money through, and get my next installment in a month, so I can afford to start back on CD again now. I did wonder about staying trying to do healthy eating and exercise but to be honest, I think I need the strictness of CD for a while yet. It's the only diet that I managed to stick to for so long!

So just wondered if anyone can recommend a CDC in the Birmingham area?

I had a great CDC last time round, and I'm hoping I can find another one who is just as good!
