I don't and I don't think anybody else on here does either, but I don't see why not. As long as you're not restricting yourself too much, if you do down days would be very hard to cope with I think.
I think this diet is designed to NOT restrict any food groups (says a vegetarian but I do eat protein) on the up days
this could be important to make sure over time you get the right nutrients
so just be careful and listen to your body
