anyone doing it at home?

    hi everyone im new to the site, i tried slimming world b4 but things happened at home and i cant make the classes anymore, is anyone else doing it at home alone? any tips?

    hi Christine :) welcome to the site i weigh from home and have been doing so since i started over 8 weeks ago. just as long as youi have a goos idea of how slimming world works then you should be fine to do it at home, how long ago did you do it before? are your books up to date?

    hmmmm tips...... make sure you have fresh batteries in your scales from the start, i didnt and had to replace them about 3 weeks in so im not 100% about my weight loss before hand as my scales where a bit tempremental (sp) and try to resist the urge to weigh yourself every morning....really need to take my own advice here lol, start up a food diary here so you can keep track and any mistakes you make can be easily spotted by anyone reading it before it affects your weight and lastly but most importantly.... know that everyone on here is really helpful and supportive and that they will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. :)

    Thanks, yea i only joined a few months ago so i think my books r pretty up-to-date, thankfully, think ill replace my scales batteries tomorrow just to be sure, yea im only gonna weigh myself every friday morning :)

    Hi, I'm just doing it at home too. Mt tip is to do your weekly shop online so you can take time to pick things from the SW books etc and try and resist any foods that will put you off.
