On day 2 and I can't stop thinking about food, beginning to think I'm actually addicted
Haven't cheated and I don't want to, just feeling totally miserable.
Got to stay up to watch The Apprentice with my partner now and then I'm heading to bed, just hope I notice the weight loss asap and it spurs me on. Either that or I can somehow stop myself thinking of food.
